CRITERIA FOR RETRAINING. 21.3.1 The faculty retraining opportunity shall be limited to the amount of FTEF targeted for reduction in the program. 21.3.2 Where retraining is to be implemented, the appropriate VP and immediate administrator shall first solicit volunteers from the affected program. In the case of multiple volunteers, the retraining offer will be at the discretion of college administrators with consideration of each faculty’s current qualifications (see below). 21.3.3 Where there are no volunteers, the faculty member having the least seniority shall be offered retraining.
