Common use of Cropping Plans Clause in Contracts

Cropping Plans. The tenant shall make all decisions with respect to growing crops or raising livestock on the land unless stated otherwise in this agreement, and as such the tenant shall be responsible for all costs of farming the said land unless stated otherwise in this agreement.
