CROPS AND EXPENSES. Seller_X /Buyer shall receive the Landowner share (or 100% of the total cash rent) for the 2022 crop year. Seller /Buyer_X shall receive the Landowner share (or 100% of the total cash rent) for the 2023 crop year. Seller_X /Buyer shall pay _100% of the Landowner’s share of the 2022 crop expenses. Seller /Buyer_X shall pay _100%, of the Landowner’s share of the 2023 crop expenses, incurred prior to closing.
