Rent Due Sample Clauses
Rent Due. Rent is payable in advance and is non-refundable. If space is no longer available when we receive your payment, we will refund your money. Each space is approximately 10 feet by 20 feet. If you are renting a tent for the show, please refer to the chart listed on Rules and Regulations to determine the number of spaces required because rental tents take up more space than their actual listed size. The amount due for EACH SPACE is $ 90 .
Rent Due. The Optionee pays rent expenses due to the Grantor no later than the 3rd day of each month in accordance with its lease obligation for the duration of this agreement until the date in which property is sold.

Rent Due. All other amounts due by Tenant to Landlord under this Lease (including any amounts that Landlord advances to satisfy any of Tenant’s obligations hereunder) (referred to herein as “Additional Rent”), shall be, unless otherwise provided, due and payable within fifteen (15) days of written notice thereof to Tenant, and all such Additional Rent, together with the Base Rent, shall be referred to herein as “Rent”.
Rent Due. Rent shall be due on or before the 1st day of each month. The acceptance by the HAESL of any late or partial payment shall not change the due date or the rental amount stated in this Lease in the future or relieve the Tenant from any obligation to pay the balance of the rent and any applicable charges.
Rent Due. Landlord leases the Apartment to Tenant and Tenant leases from Landlord for the full term of the lease. Xxxxxx agrees to pay Landlord /month as rent from the commencement date of this lease as stated above. In the event that the Term begins on a day other than the first day of the month or ends on a day that is other than the last day of the month, Rent for the partial month shall be prorated. Rent shall be due and payable in advance without demand, on the first day of each month during the Term of this lease at a place designated by Landlord.
Rent Due a) The total rent due is «Total_Lease», payable on or before March 1, annually. The annual payment or other amounts payable by Lessee to Lessor under this Lease which are not paid five (5) days after the due date will bear interest from the date due to the date paid at the rate of twelve percent (12%) per annum, or the maximum rate of interest permitted by law, whichever is less, and the interest will be paid to Lessor on demand.
b) Actual acreage may be reduced based on the construction status of the Redpath Impoundment Project. Construction of the Redpath Impoundment Project takes precedence over any farming activities on the Leased Property. Any reduction in acreage will result in a corresponding per-acre reduction in rent during the respective term. The parties will execute an amendment to this Lease evidencing the change in total rent due.
Rent Due. The first year’s rental payment is due on or before May 1, 2025. Subsequent rental payments are due on or before March 1, annually. The annual payment or other amounts payable by Lessee to Lessor under this Lease that are not paid five (5) days after the due date will bear interest from the date due to the date paid at the rate of twelve percent (12%) per annum, or the maximum rate of interest permitted by law, whichever is less, and the interest will be paid to Lessor on demand.
Rent Due. Rent is due in twelve (12) equal monthly payments per year as outlined above. The first payment will be due upon signing, the balance of payments due on or before 1st of the month. Rental and all other charges hereunder shall promptly be paid without prior demand therefore and without deductions of set-offs for any reason whatsoever, and overdue rent shall bear interest at rate of fifteen percent (15%) per annum for any unpaid balance that is received ten (10) days past the due date. In no event shall the late fee be less than fifty dollars ($50.00).
Rent Due. Tenant shall pay such rent to Landlord on the days on which the rent would have been payable hereunder if possession had not been retaken, and Landlord shall be entitled to receive the same from Tenant on each such day. If Landlord shall be required to commence any action or proceeding to collect the foregoing amounts, or to enforce any other obligation of Tenant under this Lease, Landlord shall be entitled to a reimbursement of all costs and expenses incurred in said matter, including reasonable attorney's fees.
