Cross Receipt. The Seller, by executing this Agreement below, hereby acknowledges receipt of the Purchase Price from CMSI. CMSI, by executing this Agreement below, hereby acknowledges receipt of the Mortgage Loans from the Seller.
Cross Receipt. The Program Lender hereby acknowledges receipt of the Minimum Purchase Price. The Depositor hereby acknowledges receipt of the Transferred Loans included in the Pool.
Cross Receipt. The Program Lender hereby acknowledges receipt of the Minimum Purchase Price. The Depositor hereby acknowledges receipt of the Transferred Bank of America Loans.
Cross Receipt. Program Lender hereby acknowledges receipt of the Minimum Purchase Price. Purchaser Trust hereby acknowledges receipt of the Transferred Bank of America DTC Loans included in the Pool.
Cross Receipt. The Purchaser and the Company shall deliver a cross receipt, dated the Closing Date, executed by (1) the Company confirming that the Company has received the Purchase Price and (2) the Purchaser confirming that the Purchaser has received the shares of Common Stock as and in the manner contemplated by clause (b) above.
Cross Receipt. Bank One hereby acknowledges receipt of the Minimum Purchase Price. Purchaser Trust hereby acknowledges receipt of the Transferred EDUCATION ONE Loans included in the Pool.
Cross Receipt. The Investor shall deliver to the Company a duly executed cross-receipt in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to both parties.
Cross Receipt. Program Lender hereby acknowledges receipt of the Minimum Purchase Price. Purchaser Trust hereby acknowledges receipt of the Transferred CFS Loans included in the Pool.
Cross Receipt. The Seller, by executing this Agreement below, hereby acknowledges receipt of the Purchase Price from CRMSI. CRMSI, by executing this Agreement below, hereby acknowledges receipt of the Mortgage Loans from the Seller.
Cross Receipt. A cross receipt, indicating receipt by the applicable Seller of the Closing Date Payment and the Purchase Shares; and
