Crude Oil Trunk Pipelines Volume Measurement. The HollyFrontier Entities will not be charged the tariff rates applicable to services on the Crude Oil Trunk Pipelines for volumes of Crude Oil moved over the 4 inch, 1.2 mile Abo Station to BP Sweet System pipeline (since such volumes of Crude Oil are not ultimately shipped to a HollyFrontier refinery), though such volumes of Crude Oil so shipped may be charged the tariff rates applicable to services on the Crude Oil Gathering Pipelines, as further specified in Section 2(t) below.
