CSE Listing. Buyco shall apply for a listing of the common shares of Subco-RI on the CSE, to occur following completion of the Arrangement, and concurrent with listing on such exchange, shall select the nominees to be appointed as directors of Subco-RI.
CSE Listing. Buyco shall apply for a listing of the Subco-RI Shares on the CSE.
CSE Listing. The CSE shall have conditionally approved the listing of the Resulting Issuer Shares, together with any Resulting Issuer Shares issuable upon the conversion of securities of the Resulting Issuer outstanding on the Effective Date, and all conditions shall been satisfied or are capable of being satisfied or waived in connection therewith.
CSE Listing. The CSE shall have conditionally approved the CSE Listing and all conditions necessary for final approval of the CSE for the CSE Listing, except for the completion of the Business Combination, shall have been satisfied or waived by the CSE in connection therewith. Any of the conditions contained in this Section 7.01 may be waived in whole or in part by Stralak without prejudice to any claims it may have for breach of covenant, representation or warranty or otherwise.
CSE Listing. In connection with the Merger, Parent will file a prospectus with the British Columbia Securities Commission and apply for a listing on the CSE.
CSE Listing. Yukoterre, upon completion of the Transaction, shall meet the listing requirements of the CSE and shall be in compliance with applicable securities laws and the rules and policies of the CSE and there shall be no cease-trade order made or threatened by a Governmental Body in respect of the Resulting Issuer Shares;
CSE Listing. The Corporation shall file such documents as may be required by the CSE and under applicable Securities Laws relating to the Offering in accordance with the time periods prescribed under applicable filing requirements, and the Corporation shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the Shares, Warrants, Warrant Shares and Compensation Shares are listed on the CSE as of the Closing Date.
CSE Listing. The currently issued and outstanding Common Shares are listed and posted for trading on the CSE and no order ceasing or suspending trading in any securities of the Company or prohibiting the trading of the Company’s issued securities has been issued and no proceedings for such purpose are pending or, to the Company’s knowledge, threatened.
CSE Listing. Post-Closing Promptly following Closing, DroneCorp will file the Final Prospectus with the Principal Regulator to enable it to become a reporting issuer in Saskatchewan and such provinces of Canada as may be agreed by the parties, and such Final Prospectus shall comply in all material respects, to the requirement of applicable laws.
CSE Listing. The common shares of ICC shall continue to be listed for trading on the CSE.
