Land restoration shall be completed within ninety (90) Days of termination of this Agreement (or declaration that the Agreement is null and void under either Section 12.5 (Prior to Effective Date) or Section 12.6 (Time Periods for PUC Submittal Date and PUC Approval) of this Agreement), or as otherwise agreed to by both Parties in writing.
The final accounting shall take place within one hundred twenty (120) Days of the first to occur of (i) the Commercial Operations Date, (ii) the date this Agreement is declared null and void under either Section 12.5 (Prior to Effective Date) or Section 12.6 (Time Periods for PUC Submittal Date and PUC Approval) of this Agreement, or (iii) the date this Agreement is terminated, whichever occurs first.
To the extent Seller is obligated to remove Company-Owned Interconnection Facilities and/or Seller-Owned Interconnection Facilities, Seller shall complete such removal within ninety (90) Days of termination of this Agreement (or declaration that the Agreement is null and void under either Section 12.5 (Prior to Effective Date) or Section 12.6 (Time Periods for PUC Submittal Date and PUC Approval) of this Agreement, or as otherwise agreed to by both Parties in writing.
