CSEA INFORMATIONAL MEETING(S. Biannually, the District shall grant CSEA Chapter 420 no less than one (1) hour to conduct an informational meeting re: Professional Growth for all bargaining unit members. CSEA Chapter 420 shall be responsible to notify the Vice Chancellor or Human Resources of the time(s) and date(s) of the meeting(s).All bargaining unit members may participate in said meetings without loss of compensation.
