Common use of CSXT Work Clause in Contracts

CSXT Work. Subject to timely payment of Reimbursable Expenses as provided by Section 4, CSXT shall provide, or cause to be provided, the services as set forth by Exhibit A to this Agreement. Agency agrees that CSXT shall provide all services that CSXT deems necessary or appropriate (whether or not specified by Exhibit A) to preserve and maintain its property and operations, without impairment or exposure to liability of any kind and in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations and CSXT’s contractual obligations, including, but not limited to, CSXT’s existing or proposed third party agreements and collective bargaining agreements.
