Common use of CULPABLE REASONS Clause in Contracts

CULPABLE REASONS. In removals from site which are alleged by the Employer to be for culpable reasons: a) the employee will be scheduled for available work by the Employer as a floater until the employee is awarded a vacancy in accordance with Article 12. For clarity, there is no guarantee of hours of work or maintenance of wage rate. b) the Employer will provide written reasons (with a copy to the Union and Staff Representative) as to why the employee was directed to be removed by the Client within seven (7) days of the employee being DNR’ed. c) the Employer and the Union will engage in a discussion in an attempt to find an appropriate solution.
