Culturally Relevant Services. In performing work pursuant to any Program Agreement, the Indian Nation may develop and operate programs and deliver goods, services, and/or benefits in a manner that is culturally relevant and appropriate, and that is particularly suited to and/or particularly located for access by members of the Indian Nation’s tribe or other tribes, in accordance with tribal laws and policies.
