Common use of CUMBERLAND Clause in Contracts

CUMBERLAND. FAULDING shall notify CUMBERLAND immediately upon becoming aware of any breach hereof and shall take all reasonable steps to prevent any further disclosure or unauthorized use. Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement, FAULDING shall deliver to CUMBERLAND all Confidential Information of CUMBERLAND, all copies thereof, and all documents or data storage media containing such Confidential Information of CUMBERLAND, except as expressly set forth herein or in any other written agreement between the parties.
