Cumulative Effects on Historic Properties. DoD recognizes that the projects comprising the Undertaking, when combined with other reasonably foreseeable projects conducted by DoD, other federal agencies, and other public, private, and SPE entities may have cumulative effects on historic properties on the islands of Guam and Tinian, inclusive of historic properties on private, public, or other federal agency lands. The specific measures to mitigate cumulative effects resulting from the Undertaking are outlined in Stipulations VII and VIII below.
