Cumulative Overpayments. Subject to subclauses (4) and (5), cumulative overpayments may be recovered by the employer at a rate agreed between the employer and the employee, provided that the rate at which the overpayment is recovered is not at a lesser rate than the rate at which it was overpaid or $50 per week, depending on which is the lesser amount per pay period.
