Cumulative Remedies, Force Majeure and Injunctive Relief. All remedies available to Us will be cumulative and the specification of a remedy will not preclude Us from pursuing other remedies available at law, or in equity. Neither party will be responsible for acts of Force Majeure. Nothing in this Agreement will prevent Us from seeking immediate injunctive relief against You in the courts having jurisdiction over You.
