Service Improvements. We may aggregate data and information related to the performance, operation and use of the Genesys Cloud Services to create statistical analyses, to perform benchmarking, to perform research and development and to perform other similar activities (“Service Improvements”). We will not incorporate Customer Data in Service Improvements in a form that could identify You or Your customers. We will use Industry Standard techniques to anonymize Customer Data prior to performing Service Improvements unless otherwise consented to by You. Customer Data will, at all times, be subject to the security controls set forth in this Agreement. We retain all intellectual property rights in Service Improvements and may make them publicly available.
Service Improvements. Genesys may aggregate data and information related to the performance, operation and use of services to conduct statistical analyses, benchmarking, research, development and other similar activities (“Service Improvements”). Genesys will not incorporate Customer Data in Service Improvements in a form that could identify Customer or Customer’s customers and will use industry standard techniques to anonymize Customer Data prior to performing Service Improvements, unless otherwise consented to by Customer. Genesys retains all intellectual property rights in Service Improvements and may make them publicly available.

We will not incorporate Customer Data in Service Improvements in a form that could identify You or Your customers and We will use industry standard techniques to anonymize Customer Data prior to performing Service Improvements. We retain all intellectual property rights in Service Improvements and may make them publicly available.
Service Improvements. Union shall have the right, and is encouraged to utilize the right, of formulating and presenting proposals for improved work methods and changes in standards of public service. Such recommended change shall first be discussed with the department head and County Administrator but may be presented to the Board of Supervisors subsequent to such discussion without the endorsement of the department head or the County Administrator.
Service Improvements. 9.1 The Supplier shall continuously consider and identify opportunities to improve the Services including by:
9.1.1 identifying cost savings which can be generated through investment or changes to the Services, how the Supplier shall reinvest those savings in the provision of the Services and improvements in the provision of the Services;
9.1.2 considering the emergence of new and evolving relevant technologies which could improve the Services, and those technological advances potentially available to the Supplier and the Authority which the Parties may wish to adopt;
9.1.3 considering new or potential improvements to the Services including the quality, responsiveness, procedures, benchmarking methods, likely performance mechanisms and customer support services in relation to the Services;
9.1.4 considering new or potential improvements to the interfaces or integration of the Services with other services provided by third parties which might result in efficiency or productivity gains or in reduction of operational risk; and
9.1.5 changes in business processes and ways of working that would enable the Services to be delivered at lower cost and/or with greater benefits to the Authority.
9.2 Where the Supplier identifies an opportunity to improve the Services pursuant to Clause 9.1, or the Authority identifies an opportunity to improve the Services (which it may do so in its discretion) the relevant Party shall provide a written summary to the other providing (in the case of improvements identified by the Supplier) sufficient information for the Authority to decide whether any improvement should be implemented (and such further information which the Authority may request) and, if the Authority confirms, in principle, that it wishes to proceed to implement the opportunity it shall be processed in accordance with the Change Control Procedure.
9.3 Any improvement of the kind referred to in Clause 9.1 which is incorporated in or used in relation to the Services during the Contract Period shall:
9.3.1 if, and to the extent that, it comprises an improvement to Intellectual Property Rights belonging to a Commissioning Body, the Intellectual Property Rights in such improvement shall vest absolutely in that Commissioning Body and shall be licensed to the Supplier as a Commissioning Body Material as set out in Clause 31;
9.3.2 if, and to the extent that, it comprises an improvement to Intellectual Property Rights belonging to the Supplier, the Intellectual Property Rig...
Service Improvements. UAM SSC shall use its reasonable efforts to keep -------------------- current on the trends of the investment company industry relating to shareholder services and to continue to modernize and improve its service delivery mechanisms.
Service Improvements. Existing deficiencies or potential improvement opportunities in service levels, whether identified by TRX or Siemens, shall be communicated in writing to the other party(ies) promptly upon discovery. Where improvements or deficiencies are identified, corrective measures shall be identified and implemented by Siemens to ensure continuous improvement of Services. TRX and Siemens shall jointly agree to a timeframe for such deficiencies to be corrected or improvements to be made. Costs associated with correcting deficiencies shall be borne by Siemens; costs associated with implementing improvement opportunities shall be allocated between Siemens and TRX as mutually agreed. Without limiting any rights otherwise available to a TRX, recurring service level deficiencies shall be addressed by TRX and Siemens executives, including each party’s Authorized Representative. The foregoing provision shall be in addition to, and not limitation of, the provisions herein related to SLAs and the consequences of Siemens’ breach thereof.
Service Improvements. Service improvements may be agreed as a result of customer feedback. Where any service improvements have implications for existing Core Offer/capacity those implications should be agreed by the Authority.

Sync Technologies will not incorporate Customer Content, Customer Data or Derived Content in Service Improvements in a form that could identify You or Your customers. Sync Technologies will use at least good practice techniques to anonymise Customer Content, Customer Data or Derived Content prior to performing Service Improvements unless otherwise consented to by You. We retain all intellectual property rights in Service Improvements and may make them publicly available.
Service Improvements. The Customer acknowledges that Element may change or modify the Purchased Service from time to time. Element shall only be required to provide the Customer with reasonable notice of a change or modification to the Purchased Service in advance if the change or modification is material (and does not extend or enhance the functionality or architecture of the Purchased Service) or may substantially adversely affect the Customer’s use of the Purchased Service.
