Curb Stops a. Curb stops shall be ball type and shall be made of bronze conforming to ASTM B62.
Curb Stops. In the event the service location lacks a curb stop or it is defective, Contractor or its representative will contact the City. In this event the City will either A) authorize Contractor to repair the defect at the price as listed in Exhibit D or as otherwise agreed by the Parties or, B) repair the defect with City’s forces and notify Contractor that the repair has been made or, C) exclude the meter change out from the Project.
