The Repair definition

The Repair means Repair of vehicles which the bidder/contractor is required to repair the vehicles of the Procuring Agency under the Contract.

  • Repair means the reconstruction, replacement, or renewal of any part of an existing building for the purpose of its maintenance or to correct damage.

  • Emergency repair means work necessary to prevent destruction or dilapidation to real property or structural appurtenances thereto immediately threatened or damaged by fire, flood, earthquake or other disaster.
