Currency and VAT. The payments to be made to the TITLEHOLDER as consideration for the promise and for the assignment of the rights referred to in this Contract, shall be made in dollars, currency of the United States of America or its equivalent in Mexican currency on the date of payment, plus the corresponding Value Added tax (V.A.T.) to each payment.
