Common use of Currency; Exchange Rate Clause in Contracts

Currency; Exchange Rate. All payments to be made by Licensee to Licensor under this Agreement shall be made in Dollars by bank wire transfer in immediately available funds to a bank account designated by written notice from Licensor. The rate of exchange to be used in computing the amount of currency equivalent in Dollars shall be made at the average of the closing exchange rates reported in The Wall Street Journal (U.S., Eastern Edition) for the first, middle and last Business Days of the applicable reporting period for the payment due.
