Current Information; Rule 144 Reporting. At all times after the date of this Agreement, the Company will use its reasonable best efforts to timely file all reports required to be filed by it under the Securities Act and the Exchange Act and the rules and regulations adopted by the Securities and Exchange Commission thereunder at any time when the Company is subject to such reporting requirements, and will take such further action as any holder or holders of Investor Registrable Securities may reasonably request, all to the extent required to enable such holders to sell Investor Registrable Securities pursuant to Securities Act Rule 144.
