Current Program Targets. Tularik shall provide to Sankyo all the data and information reasonably available to Tularik prior to the selection of such Current Program Targets pursuant to Section 2.03(b)(i). The number of Current Program Targets shall in no event be greater than [ * ]. The RMC may elect to terminate research on a Current Program Target, in which case such Program Target shall no longer be a Current Program Target. Current Program Targets for which work under the Feasibility Study is terminated may be pursued [ * ].
