Common use of Current Revenues Clause in Contracts

Current Revenues. This Agreement is authorized by the Interlocal Cooperation Act of Chapter 791 of the Texas Government Code. This Agreement does not require payments from one party to the other. However, to the extent applicable, each party's monetary obligations hereunder are payable only and solely from the current revenues appropriated and available for the performance of such obligations.
