Curtailments of Scheduled Deliveries. If a transmission constraint on the NEPOOL Transmission System cannot be relieved through the implementation of least-cost redispatch procedures and the System Operator determines that it is necessary to effect a Curtailment of scheduled deliveries, such schedule shall be curtailed in accordance with the Network Operating Agreement.

Curtailments of Scheduled Deliveries.
