LOAD SHEDDING AND CURTAILMENTS. 33.1 Procedures Prior to the Service Commencement Date, the Transmission Provider and the Network Customer shall establish Load Shedding and Curtailment procedures pursuant to the Network Operating Agreement with the objective of responding to contingencies on the Transmission System. The Parties will implement such programs during any period when the Transmission Provider determines that a system contingency exists and such procedures are necessary to alleviate such contingency. The Transmission Provider will notify all affected Network Customers in a timely manner of any scheduled Curtailment.

  • Load Shedding The Distributor may carry out Load Shedding in the following circumstances:

  • Curtailment Any payment of principal on a Mortgage Loan, made by or on behalf of the related Mortgagor, other than a Scheduled Payment, a prepaid Scheduled Payment or a Payoff, which is applied to reduce the outstanding Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loan.

  • Duration of the Processing Personal Data will be Processed for the duration of the Agreement, subject to Section 4 of this DPA.

  • Nature of the processing MailChimp provides an email service, automation and marketing platform and other related services, as described in the Agreement.

  • Details of the Processing The subject-matter of Processing of Personal Data by Data Processor is the performance of the Services pursuant to the Agreement. The duration of the Processing, the nature and purpose of the Processing, as well as the types of Personal Data Processed and categories of Data Subjects under this DPA are further specified in Schedule 1 (Details of the Processing) to this DPA.

  • SCOPE OF SERVICES/CASE HANDLING A. Upon execution by Xxxxxx, Attorneys are retained to provide legal services for the purpose of seeking damages and other relief in the Litigation.   • Interconnection Customer (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: None

  • Purpose of the Processing The provision of the Services by the Data Processor to the Data Controller.

  • Shipping and Handling Fees The price to the Customer under this Contract shall include all shipping and handling fees. Shipments will be Free On Board Customer’s destination. No additional fees shall be charged to the Customer for standard shipping and handling. If the Customer requests expedited delivery, Customer will be responsible for any charges for expedited delivery.
