Load Shedding and Curtailments. 11.1. During any period when Edison determines that a constraint exists on all or a portion of its Transmission System, and that such constraint may impair the reliability of its Transmission System, Edison will take actions, consistent with Good Utility Practice, that are reasonably necessary to maintain the reliability ansmission System.

Load Shedding and Curtailments. 33.1 Procedures Prior to the Service Commencement Date, the Transmission Provider and the Network Customer shall establish Load Shedding and Curtailment procedures pursuant to the Network Operating Agreement with the objective of responding to contingencies on the Transmission System. The Parties will implement such programs during any period when the Transmission Provider determines that a system contingency exists and such procedures are necessary to alleviate such contingency. The Transmission Provider will notify all affected Network Customers in a timely manner of any scheduled Curtailment.

  • Load Shedding The Distributor may carry out Load Shedding in the following circumstances:

  • Curtailment Any payment of principal on a Mortgage Loan, made by or on behalf of the related Mortgagor, other than a Scheduled Payment, a prepaid Scheduled Payment or a Payoff, which is applied to reduce the outstanding Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loan.

  • Duration of the Processing Personal Data will be Processed for the duration of the Agreement, subject to Section 4 of this DPA.

  • Nature of the processing MailChimp provides an email service, automation and marketing platform and other related services, as described in the Agreement.

  • Details of the Processing The subject-matter of Processing of Personal Data by Data Processor is the performance of the Services pursuant to the Agreement. The duration of the Processing, the nature and purpose of the Processing, as well as the types of Personal Data Processed and categories of Data Subjects under this DPA are further specified in Schedule 1 (Details of the Processing) to this DPA.

  • SCOPE OF SERVICES/CASE HANDLING A. Upon execution by Xxxxxx, Attorneys are retained to provide legal services for the purpose of seeking damages and other relief in the Litigation. Client agrees that Xxxxxx may choose to associate additional law firm(s) and/or lawyer(s) to represent Client in connection with the investigation and prosecution of the rights Client has as a purchaser of publically traded securities of Inotiv, and Client understands that such representation shall be on the same terms as those described in this agreement.

  • Reconnection The Parties shall cooperate with each other to restore the Small Generating Facility, Interconnection Facilities, and the New York State Transmission System and Distribution System to their normal operating state as soon as reasonably practicable following a temporary disconnection.

  • Interconnection Customer (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: None

  • Purpose of the Processing The personal data will be processed only to carry out the provision of the contracted Services. If the Data Processor considers necessary to carry out a processing of the data for a different purpose, he shall proceed to request the prior written authorization of the Data Controller. In the absence of such authorization, the Data Processor may not carry out such processing.

  • Shipping and Handling Fees The price to the Customer under this Contract shall include all shipping and handling fees. Shipments will be Free On Board Customer’s destination. No additional fees shall be charged to the Customer for standard shipping and handling. If the Customer requests expedited delivery, Customer will be responsible for any charges for expedited delivery.
