CUSA’s Representations and Warranties. CUSA represents and warrants the following to each Buyer as of the Execution Date. As used herein, “to the knowledge of CUSA’s designated personnel” means to the actual knowledge of the CUSA personnel having authority and responsibility for the CUSA Properties that are listed in Schedule 17 attached to this Agreement.
