Common use of CUSIP, CINS and ISIN Numbers Clause in Contracts

CUSIP, CINS and ISIN Numbers. The Company in issuing the Securities may use “CUSIP”, “CINS”, “ISIN” or other identification numbers (if then generally in use), and, if so, the Trustee shall use CUSIP numbers, CINS numbers, ISIN numbers or other identification numbers, as the case may be, in notices of redemption or exchange as a convenience to Holders; provided that any such notice shall state that no representation is made as to the correctness of such numbers either as printed on the Securities or as contained in any notice of redemption, conversion or exchange and that reliance may be placed only on the other identification numbers printed on the Securities; provided further, that failure to use “CUSIP”, “CINS”, “ISIN” or other identification numbers in any notice of redemption, conversion or exchange shall not effect the validity or sufficiency of such notice.
