Custodial Relationship; Custodian Records. (a) The Custodian shall hold the Investment Property in its capacity as Custodian for the collective benefit of each of the Participants. The Investment Property shall be custodial property of the Custodian and shall not be, or be deemed to be, an asset of the Custodian. Each Participant has an undivided beneficial interest in the Investment Property to the extent of such Participant's balance.

  • Custodial Services The charges and expenses of the custodian appointed by the Trust for custodial services;

  • Custodial The District shall make its trash receptacles available during Public Access Hours. The City shall encourage community users to dispose of trash in the trash receptacles.   • CUSTODIAL ACCOUNTS It is agreed that all accounts opened under the Uniform Gift to Minors Act (UGMA), the Uniform Transfers to Minors Act (UTMA), or similar state statutes will be properly created and that all property so transferred will be done in compliance with such applicable statutes. There will be good faith reliance upon the instructions given, representations made and actions taken by a transferor or custodian. Further, the custodian represents and warrants that the assets in the account belong to the minor and that all such assets, whether or not transferred out of the UGMA or UTMA account, will only be used for the benefit of the minor.

  • EMPLOYEE FILES 10.01 A copy of any completed formal evaluation which is to be placed in an employee’s file shall be first reviewed with the employee. The employee shall initial such evaluation as having been read and shall have the opportunity to add her or his views to such evaluation prior to it being placed in her or his file. It is understood that such evaluations do not constitute disciplinary action by the Employer against the employee. Having provided a written request to the Director of Care, or her designate, an employee shall be entitled to her personnel file for the purpose of reviewing any evaluations or formal disciplinary notations contained therein, in the presence of the Director of Care, at a mutually agreeable time.
