Grievance Records. No written or printed matter dealing with the processing of a grievance shall be filed in the central office personnel file of any participant(s). A report of the final resolution of a grievance, however, shall be filed in a separate confidential file. The grievant’s name shall not be shared without the consent of the grievant except that the final report of a grievance may be used in subsequent proceedings of the Association, District or grievant as evidence of the interpretation of this Agreement. The grievant’s name shall be blanked out if the arbitration report is distributed in the District.
