Custodial Supervisor Clause Samples
Custodial Supervisor. Custodial/Receiving Supervisor Uniform shirts and/or jackets are to be worn during scheduled work hours. The uniform shirts and jacket shall not be worn by unauthorized personnel or for activities outside the work environment or normal scope of duties.
Custodial Supervisor. The position of Custodial Supervisor will not be part of the Custodian unit and will not have the option to exercise the right to displace anyone on the seniority list in the event this individual had been part of the bargaining unit previously. The Custodial Supervisor may work up to four (4) hours per day on custodian duties which can and will include: working in a custodian position during vacation periods, during emergency situations and performing custodian duties for the Board of Education Office and other assigned areas. Custodial Supervisor. A. The University shall employ one (1) full-time "Swing" (Relief) Custodial Supervisor to provide necessary supervisory needs of a temporary nature.
B. In the event no member of the bargaining unit applies for a posted vacancy, the "Swing" (Relief) Custodial Supervisor may be assigned to such vacancy on a temporary basis until the position is filled.
Custodial Supervisor. Section 1.1 The Employer agrees that it will not sign any contract, make any written agreement, or recognize any other employee representative for the employees covered by this Agreement during the term of this Agreement.
