Custodian Compensation. The Custodian shall be paid compensation at such rates and at such times as may from time to time be agreed on in writing by the parties hereto (as set forth with respect to each Series in EXHIBIT B hereto), and the Custodian shall have a lien for unpaid compensation, to the date of termination of this Agreement, upon any cash or Securities held by it for the Series accounts of the Fund, enforceable in the manner specified in Article 11 hereof.
