Common use of Custodian's and Administrator’s Fees and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Custodian's and Administrator’s Fees and Expenses. (a) Depositor agrees, that by opening an account with Xxxxxxxxx, to pay all fees and charges that are made against Depositor’s Account in accordance with the Fee Schedule provided and incorporated by reference herein. All fees are due upon presentment. If your Account is unfunded with zero value, Depositor understands that Depositor’s Account will continue to incur fees until Depositors provides written notice to Custodian to close the account. Fees shall not be prorated, and the full amount will be due and payable for any year during which the Depositor’s Account is open.
