Common use of Custody and Accounting Services Clause in Contracts

Custody and Accounting Services. All fees and expenses of depositories, custodians, accounting service agents, and other agents for the transfer, receipt, safekeeping, servicing of and accounting for the Fund's cash, securities, and other property, including, among other things, fees and expenses for the calculation of standardized effective and compound yield quotations for the Fund, maintenance of ledgers, position and income reports, and settlement of fund purchases and sales.
