Related to Customary Perquisites

  • Perquisites During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to receive such perquisites as are generally provided to other senior officers of the Company in accordance with the then current policies and practices of the Company.

  • Other Perquisites During his employment hereunder, Executive shall be afforded the following benefits as incidences of his employment:

  • Customary Fringe Benefits Executive will be eligible for all customary and usual fringe benefits generally available to executives of Company subject to the terms and conditions of Company’s benefit plan documents. Company reserves the right to change or eliminate the fringe benefits on a prospective basis, at any time, effective upon notice to Executive.

  • Executive Perquisites Executive shall be entitled to receive such executive perquisites and fringe and other benefits as are provided to the senior most executives and their families under any of the Company's plans and/or programs in effect from time to time and such other benefits as are customarily available to executives of the Company and their families.

  • Benefits Perquisites and Expenses Benefits. During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in (1) each welfare benefit plan sponsored or maintained by the Company, including, without limitation, each life, hospitalization, medical, dental, health, accident or disability insurance or similar plan or program of the Company, and (2) each pension, profit sharing, retirement, deferred compensation or savings plan sponsored or maintained by the Company, in each case, whether now existing or established hereafter, to the extent that the Executive is eligible to participate in any such plan under the generally applicable provisions thereof. With respect to the pension or retirement benefits payable to the Executive, the Executive's service credited for purposes of determining the Executive's benefits and vesting shall be determined in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan or program. Nothing in this Section 3(c), in and of itself, shall be construed to limit the ability of the Company to amend or terminate any particular plan, program or arrangement. For the purposes of defining years of service, the Executive shall be given credit for his/her years of service with Genesis Health Ventures, Inc.

  • Standard Company Benefits Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee benefit programs for which Executive is eligible under the terms and conditions of the benefit plans that may be in effect from time to time and provided by the Company to its employees. The Company reserves the right to cancel or change the benefit plans or programs it offers to its employees at any time.

  • Fringe Benefits and Perquisites During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to fringe benefits and perquisites consistent with those provided to similarly situated executives of the Company.

  • Company Benefits The Officer shall be entitled to all benefits received by employees of the Company in accordance with the Company’s policies and plans.

  • Consideration by Senior Executives If a Dispute is not resolved in the normal course of business at the operational level, the parties shall attempt in good faith to resolve such Dispute by negotiation between executives who hold, at a minimum, the office of President and CEO of the respective business entities involved in such Dispute. Either party may initiate the executive negotiation process by providing a written notice to the other (the “Initial Notice”). Fifteen (15) days after delivery of the Initial Notice, the receiving party shall submit to the other a written response (the “Response”). The Initial Notice and the Response shall include (i) a statement of the Dispute and of each party’s position, and (ii) the name and title of the executive who will represent that party and of any other person who will accompany the executive. Such executives will meet in person or by telephone within thirty (30) days of the date of the Initial Notice to seek a resolution of the Dispute.

  • Fringe Benefits During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to fringe benefits, including, without limitation, tax and financial planning services, payment of club dues, and, if applicable, use of an automobile and payment of related expenses, in accordance with the most favorable plans, practices, programs and policies of the Company and its affiliated companies in effect for the Executive at any time during the 120-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive, as in effect generally at any time thereafter with respect to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies.
