Customary Fringe Benefits. Executive will be eligible for all customary and usual fringe benefits generally available to executives of Company subject to the terms and conditions of Company’s benefit plan documents. Company reserves the right to change or eliminate the fringe benefits on a prospective basis, at any time, effective upon notice to Executive.

Executive shall be entitled to Paid Time Off benefits (“PTO”) subject to the terms and conditions of the Company’s PTO policy.

Executive will be eligible to take up to 160 hours of vacation per year and shall be credited with 160 hours of accrued vacation at all times.

Executive shall be eligible for all customary and usual fringe benefits generally available to full-time employees of Employer, subject to the terms and conditions of Employer’s policies and benefit plan documents, as the same may be amended from time to time. Employer reserves the right to change or eliminate the fringe benefits on a prospective basis, at any time, effective upon notice to Executive. In addition, Executive shall receive an allowance for parking costs of up to $500.00 a month. Notwithstanding the standard vacation policy provisions or vacation accrual rates, Executive shall be entitled to vacation of four weeks per year.

Notwithstanding the standard vacation policy provisions on vacation accrual rates, Executive shall be entitled to earn vacation at the rate of three weeks per year.

Employee shall be entitled to such fringe benefits as Employer customarily makes available to employees of Employer engaged in the same or similar position as Employee ("Fringe Benefits"). Such Fringe Benefits may include vacation leave, sick leave, and health insurance coverage. Employer reserves the right to change the Fringe Benefits on a prospective basis, at any time, effective upon delivery of written notice to Employee.

Employee will be eligible for all customary and usual fringe benefits generally available to senior executives of Northstar, subject to the terms and conditions of Northstar’s benefit plan documents. Northstar reserves the right to change or eliminate the fringe benefits on a prospective basis, at any time, effective upon notice to Employee.
Customary Fringe Benefits. Executive shall be eligible for all customary and usual benefits generally available to all executive level employees of Employer, as determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Employer and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the applicable benefit plan or policy. Employer reserves the right to change or eliminate any of the fringe benefits provided to executive level employees on a prospective basis at any time, at Employer's sole and absolute discretion. Executive understands that all benefits provided in this paragraph may be reduced by, or subject to, all legally required taxes.
Customary Fringe Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to such fringe benefits as the Company customarily makes available to the Company’s senior executives (collectively, “Fringe Benefits”). The Fringe Benefits shall include sick leave, health insurance coverage, and 401(k) plan participation, in accordance with the terms and provisions of such plans, policies and arrangements as adopted by the Company from time to time during the term of this Agreement. The Company reserves the right to change the Fringe Benefits on a prospective basis, at any time, effective upon delivery of written notice to Executive. Executive shall not be entitled to receive payments in lieu of Fringe Benefits, other than for earned and accumulated but unused vacation at the time the employment relationship terminates.
