Common use of Customer Data License Clause in Contracts

Customer Data License. Customer grants LinkedIn a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license during the Term to: i) access and download the Customer Data; and ii) store, reproduce, modify and utilize Customer Data in connection with the matching and placement of Data Cookies.
