Customer Data License. During the Subscription Term and for as long as MariaDB processes Customer Data, Customer grants to MariaDB a nonexclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to access, host, use, display and process Customer Data solely for the purpose authorized by Customer in connection with the SkySQL Services.
Customer Data License. Customer grants LinkedIn a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable licence during the Term to: i) access and download the Customer Data; and ii) store, reproduce, modify and utilise Customer Data in connection with the matching and placement of Data Cookies.
Customer Data License. 3.2.1. Customer hereby grants Vetsource, during the Term, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub- licensable, revocable, limited license to use Customer’s data for the purpose of providing the Services herein and other contracted services through the Vetsource Platform.
3.2.2. Vetsource will maintain a database for the benefit of Customer, populated with Specified Data from the Customer’s PM. Customer hereby grants Vetsource, and Vetsource hereby accepts, a non- exclusive right to and a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license in the Specified Data for the purposes of: (i) accumulating such data for the benefit of the Customer; (ii) displaying such data in connection with Customer’s use of the Services; (iii) displaying such data and approved pet medical records in the Customer’s Client portal; (iv) generating reports; and (v) any further services made available to the Customer (the “Customer Data License”).
3.2.3. Vetsource will never share PII or Specified Data with any outside party unless otherwise authorized by Customer in writing.
Customer Data License. As between Company and Customer, Customer exclusively owns all rights, title, and interest in and to all of the Customer Data. Customer hereby grants Company a worldwide, limited-term license to host, copy, transmit and display Customer Data, as necessary for Company to provide the GoFan® Solution in accordance with this Agreement. Subject to the limited licenses granted herein, Company acquires no right, title or interest from Customer under this Agreement in or to Customer Data. Customer hereby grants to Company a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to (a) use Customer Data in order to provide, monitor and improve the GoFan® Solution to Customer and (b) use all of Customer Data that is anonymous and does not personally identify Customer, or an Authorized User, Patron, or visitor to the Website for statistical, analytical and other aggregate use. Customer represents and warrants to Company that it owns all right, title and interest in, or otherwise has full and sufficient authority to use in the manner contemplated by this Agreement, any Customer Data furnished by Customer to Company for purposes of this Agreement.
Customer Data License. Customer hereby grants MapAnything a world-wide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license during the term of this Agreement to use and distribute Customer Data for the purpose of fulfilling MapAnything’s obligations hereunder this Agreement, including without limitation for the purpose of providing the Services, preventing or addressing service or technical problems, or in connection with customer-support matters.
Customer Data License. Customer hereby grants to Health Scholars a non-exclusive license to copy, reproduce, store, distribute, publish, export, adapt, edit and translate Customer Data to the extent reasonably required for the performance of Health Scholars’ obligations and the exercise of Health Scholars’ rights under this Agreement, together with the right to sub-license these rights to its hosting, connectivity, security and telecommunications service providers to the extent reasonably required for the performance of the Health Scholars’ obligations and the exercise of the Health Scholars’ rights under this Agreement.
Customer Data License. During the term of the Agreement, Customer hereby grants to Soveren a non-exclusive, sub-licenseable, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to collect, process, store, host, copy, transmit, display, distribute, disseminate, modify, and create derivative works of any and all Customer Data for the purposes of (a) providing the Subscription Services, and (b) performing analytics on Customer Data.
Customer Data License a. Matching Process. LinkedIn will use commercially reasonable efforts to match the Customer Data with Data Cookies for each of the Customer Custom Segments and will tag each Targetable User with the applicable Customer Custom Segment ID(s).
Customer Data License. As between Source and Customer, Customer exclusively owns all rights, title, and interest in and to all of the Customer Data. Customer hereby grants Source a worldwide, limited-term license to host, copy, transmit and display Customer Data, as necessary for Source to provide the Subscription Services in accordance with this Agreement. Subject to the limited licenses granted herein, Source acquires no right, title or interest from Customer under this Agreement in or to Customer Data. Customer hereby grants to Source a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to (a) use Customer Data in order to provide, monitor and improve the Subscription Services to Customer and (b) use all of Customer Data that is anonymous and does not personally identify Customer, an Authorized User or Member for statistical, analytical and other aggregate use.
Customer Data License. As between the parties, Customer shall retain all right, title and interest in and to Customer Data. Customer hereby grants to XtendLive a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, process, and use (including through the use of subcontractors) Customer Data to the extent reasonably necessary to provide Customer the XtendLive Service and other services hereunder. Customer represents and warrants that it has all the rights necessary to grant the licenses granted herein to XtendLive in and to such Customer Data.
