Customer Data License. During the Subscription Term and for as long as MariaDB processes Customer Data, Customer grants to MariaDB a nonexclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to access, host, use, display and process Customer Data solely for the purpose authorized by Customer in connection with the SkySQL Services.

Customer hereby grants to Health Scholars a non-exclusive license to copy, reproduce, store, distribute, publish, export, adapt, edit and translate Customer Data to the extent reasonably required for the performance of Health Scholars’ obligations and the exercise of Health Scholars’ rights under this Agreement, together with the right to sub-license these rights to its hosting, connectivity, security and telecommunications service providers to the extent reasonably required for the performance of the Health Scholars’ obligations and the exercise of the Health Scholars’ rights under this Agreement.
Customer Data License. Customer hereby grants MapAnything a world-wide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license during the term of this Agreement to use and distribute Customer Data for the purpose of fulfilling MapAnything’s obligations hereunder this Agreement, including without limitation for the purpose of providing the Services, preventing or addressing service or technical problems, or in connection with customer-support matters.
Customer Data License. As between Company and Customer, Customer exclusively owns all rights, title, and interest in and to all of the Customer Data. Customer hereby grants Company a worldwide, limited-term license to host, copy, transmit and display Customer Data, as necessary for Company to provide the GoFan® Solution in accordance with this Agreement. Subject to the limited licenses granted herein, Company acquires no right, title or interest from Customer under this Agreement in or to Customer Data. Customer hereby grants to Company a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to (a) use Customer Data in order to provide, monitor and improve the GoFan® Solution to Customer and (b) use all of Customer Data that is anonymous and does not personally identify Customer, or an Authorized User, Patron, or visitor to the Website for statistical, analytical and other aggregate use. Customer represents and warrants to Company that it owns all right, title and interest in, or otherwise has full and sufficient authority to use in the manner contemplated by this Agreement, any Customer Data furnished by Customer to Company for purposes of this Agreement.
Customer Data License. During the term of the Agreement, Customer hereby grants to Soveren a non-exclusive, sub-licenseable, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to collect, process, store, host, copy, transmit, display, distribute, disseminate, modify, and create derivative works of any and all Customer Data for the purposes of (a) providing the Subscription Services, and (b) performing analytics on Customer Data.

Customer grants to UKG a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, sample, collect, and compile Customer Data in aggregated, de-identified form, that does not identify Customer, its users, employees, or Customer Confidential Information, and that is stripped of all persistent identifiers (e.g. device identifiers, IP addresses, and cookie ID’s) in a manner that does not allow the Customer Data on its own to be identified as originating from Customer, for the purposes of providing or maintenance of, improvement to, and operation of the Services, for any new or different products or services, and for benchmarking purposes.
Customer Data License. Customer grants Provider a perpetual, worldwide, royalty free, irrevocable, and transferrable license to reproduce, distribute, and otherwise use and display the Customer Data and to perform all acts with respect to the Customer Data as may be necessary for Provider to provide the Services to Customer, and a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to reproduce, distribute, modify, and otherwise use and display Customer Data incorporated within Aggregated Statistics.
