Common use of Customer Indemnification Obligations Clause in Contracts

Customer Indemnification Obligations. Customer will defend Google, its Personnel, and its Affiliates, and indemnify them against Indemnified Liabilities in any Third-Party Legal Proceeding to the extent arising from any Customer Indemnified Materials.
