Customer Invoices. 8.1 All invoices rendered by the Licensee to Customers shall be timely, clear, concise, typed in the Customer’s choice of Arabic or English and easy to understand. 8.2 All Licensee invoices shall describe in such details as is reasonably possible and applicable all charges for the current billing period and the due date for payment. Any Licensee invoices in respect of any outstanding balance and related interest or administration charges, if any, shall also contain in such details as is reasonably possible all amounts payable and the due date for payment.
