Customer Instructions. The documentation shipped with the returned defective Boeing Product may include specific technical instructions for additional work to be performed on the Boeing Product. The absence of such instructions will evidence Customer's authorization for Boeing to perform all necessary Corrections and work required to return the Boeing Product to a serviceable condition.
Customer Instructions. The parties agree that this DPA and the Agreement (including the provision of instructions via configuration tools such as the AWS management console and APIs made available by AWS for the Services) constitute Customer’s documented instructions regarding AWS’s processing of Customer Data (“Documented Instructions”). AWS will process Customer Data only in accordance with Documented Instructions. Additional instructions outside the scope of the Documented Instructions (if any) require prior written agreement between AWS and Customer, including agreement on any additional fees payable by Customer to AWS for carrying out such instructions. Customer is entitled to terminate this DPA and the Agreement if AWS declines to follow instructions requested by Customer that are outside the scope of, or changed from, those given or agreed to be given in this DPA.
Customer Instructions. (a) You represent and warrant that you have full authority to act on behalf of each Customer and will act only in accordance with the scope of your authority when acting on behalf of the Customer.
(b) If a Customer’s account with a Fund is established without the Customer signing an account application, you represent and warrant that the instructions relating to account establishment and shareholder options (whether on the account application, in another document or orally) are in accordance with the Customer’s instructions.
(c) You agree to provide all necessary information for us and the Funds to comply properly with all federal, state and local reporting requirements for your Customer accounts. You represent and warrant that all Taxpayer Identification Numbers (“TINs”) you provide are certified and that you will not establish an account without a certified TIN.
(d) You agree to be responsible to the Funds, the Transfer Agent and us for any losses, claims, damages or expenses resulting from acting upon such authority, instructions and performance.

If AWS forms such an opinion, it will immediately inform Customer, in which case, Customer is entitled to withdraw or modify its Documented Instructions.
Customer Instructions. 3.1 We may treat all apparently valid Customer Instructions received by the Bank through the Hang Seng HSBCnet as instructions properly authorised by you, even if made fraudulently and even if they conflict with the terms of any other instructions or mandates given by you at any time concerning your accounts or affairs. We shall be under no obligation to check the authenticity of Customer Instructions or the authority of the person or persons giving them.
3.2 Where we have reason to believe that a Customer Instruction purporting to come from you has not been properly authorised by you or that any other breach of security has occurred in relation to your use of the Hang Seng HSBCnet, we reserve the right not to act, or to delay acting upon the Customer Instruction and we will inform you as soon as is reasonably possible.
3.3 You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of Customer Instructions (including the appropriate application of the Security Procedures) and for ensuring that they will achieve your intended purpose.
3.4 You are responsible for ensuring that Customer Instructions are transmitted correctly. Without prejudice to this obligation, we will use reasonable efforts to dispatch an acknowledgement within a reasonable period upon receipt by us of a Customer Instruction.
3.5 In the event that you request us to cancel or modify any Customer Instruction for whatever reason, we will make all reasonable efforts to comply with your request. However, we are not liable for any failure to cancel or modify the Customer Instruction if such a request is received at a time or under circumstances that render us unable to comply with your request.
3.6 Where permitted, we are entitled to debit your accounts, wherever they are situated and whenever they are opened, with any amount that we have paid or incurred in accordance with a Customer Instruction.
3.7 As part of the Services, you may issue a Customer Instruction requesting us to forward certain information to third parties on your behalf. If we agree to act on such request, we will use reasonable efforts to forward any such information to the recipient and address specified in the relevant Customer Instruction within a reasonable time of receipt of such Customer Instruction. Customer Instructions. Customer authorizes the BofAML Entities to act upon any instructions, notices, demands, or requests (whether oral or written, delivered by mail, electronically or by facsimile) which the relevant BofAML Entities reasonably believe to have been given by an Authorized Person. The BofAML Entities shall not be liable for any action taken or not taken in good faith pursuant to such instructions, notices, demands or requests.
Customer Instructions. Customer warrants that it is the owner or legal custodian of the Deposits and has full authority to store and direct their disposition in accordance with this Agreement. IM will perform services pursuant to the direction of Customer’s agent(s) identified pursuant to IM’s standards. Authority granted to any persons on standard authorization forms shall constitute Customer’s representation that the identified persons have authority to order any service, including disposal or removal of Deposits as determined in the authorization form. Such orders may be given in by email or by online portal as provided by IM to the Customer. Customer releases IM from all liability related to the destruction of materials pursuant to Customer’s authorization.
