Customer Location. The following Customer location is included in the scope of this Project. ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ The following are the services and tasks that Ricoh will provide in fulfillment of the defined deliverables (the “Services”) of this project described in this SOW. Ricoh shall provide the Services at the Customer location set forth herein or on a remote basis. Estimated delivery and/or service schedules contained in this SOW are non-binding estimates. Customer acknowledges and agrees that all or a portion of the Services may be provided by Ricoh's subsidiary, Ricoh USA, Inc.
Customer Location. For the performance of Field Services, Mesa shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to schedule and dispatch Service Technicians from the Service Center closest to the Customer Location; provided, however, that Mesa may utilize and of its Service Technicians that have capacity and availability to perform such Ordered Services.
Customer Location. Customer has provided its primary access location as the one listed in the Signatures section. This is the primary (but not the only) location from which Customer will access the Application(s). If Customer does not provide a primary access location, CaseWorthy will incorporate a default primary access location to Customer’s sold-to address. The primary access location is used by CaseWorthy for the determination of any applicable taxes.
