Customer Policies. In advance of the relevant engagement, Customer will provide OT with copies of any applicable Customer security or other policies. OT will not perform Services unless OT agrees to comply with such policies. OT will not be liable for any delays or non-performance to the extent caused by time needed to review any such policies or inability to comply with the policies.
Customer Policies. Flexera and its personnel will comply with all reasonable policies of Customer applicable to the provision of Products and Services, provided that such policies do not materially add to or conflict with the terms of this Agreement or the applicable Order or purport to impose any personal liability on such personnel.
Customer Policies. While on premises owned, controlled or hired by Customer, all Tasktop personnel will conduct themselves in accordance with the standard health, safety and security policies of Customer applicable to its staff generally that have been provided to Tasktop in writing prior to the performance of any services on Customer’s premises.

Revenera and its personnel will comply with all reasonable policies of Customer applicable to the provision of Products and Services, provided that such policies do not materially add to or conflict with the terms of this Agreement or the applicable Order or purport to impose any personal liability on such personnel.

While on premises owned, controlled or hired by Customer, all Coiled personnel will conduct themselves in accordance with the standard health, safety and security policies of Customer applicable to its staff generally that have been provided to Coiled in writing prior to the performance of any services on Customer’s premises.
Customer Policies. It is Customer’s policy that the following practices be established, administered and maintained, as applicable to the Services. The Parties acknowledge that Provider has been provided with the Customer Policies in effect as of the Execution Date. Any updates to the Customer Policies will be provided to Provider at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of such updates. Provider will comply with such updates in accordance with the Change Control Procedures.
Customer Policies. Provider shall perform the Services in accordance with all policies and procedures of general application of Customer Group as set forth in the “Customer Policies” Exhibit, (collectively, “Customer Policies”) and, subject to the Change Control Procedures, such amendments, updates and changes thereto, as published by Customer Group from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, the Change Control Procedures shall govern the method of implementation and pricing with respect to amendments, updates and changes to the Customer Policies, but will not grant Provider any right to refuse to implement changes necessary to comply with amendments, updates and changes to the Customer Policies.
Customer Policies. When Consultants are performing Services at a Customer location, Elastic shall procure that the Consultants conduct themselves in accordance with the standard health, safety and security policies of Customer applicable to its staff and/or visitors generally, and which are provided to Elastic in writing in advance. Customer agrees to provide written notice to Elastic of any applicable non-standard policies (for example, the requirement of security clearances, background checks or execution of any additional agreements) in advance of entering into an Order Form. For the avoidance of doubt, the parties agree that if Customer or any Customer Affiliate requires any Consultant entering Customer’s premises to sign any non-disclosure agreement, agreement addressing proprietary rights, or other, similar document as a condition of being permitted to enter Customer’s premises for the purpose of performing Services (any such document or agreement, an “Individual NDA”), that such Individual NDA will be deemed void, ab initio, and that the provisions of this Agreement exclusively govern Consultant’s activities while on Customer’s premises, and that Customer will look solely to Elastic to satisfy its obligations hereunder, and not to any Consultant.
Customer Policies. GE Healthcare will use reasonable efforts to respect Customer-provided policies that apply to GE Healthcare and do not materially contradict GE Healthcare policies. Failure to respect Customer policies is not a material breach unless it is willful and adversely
Customer Policies. If Services are to be performed by Galvanize personnel on Customer’s premises or require access to Customer Systems, Galvanize will adhere to Customer’s applicable information security and safety policies of which Galvanize has been informed in writing, including, where appropriate, applicable background checks of Galvanize personnel. Customer will not impose any background check or other security requirement that would violate, or may cause Galvanize to violate, applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Galvanize and its personnel are located. Customer reserves the right to prohibit Galvanize personnel from accessing sensitive or critical information or to be present at the Customer’s premises if certain background checks cannot be performed.
