For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Protection of Personal Information Act of 2013 (POPI)Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). 24.2 AMC may need to provide, collect, use, store or process your Personal Information in order to meet its obligations to you in terms of this agreement and to provide you with services in the future.
