License and Services. Publisher hereby grants Company the non-exclusive, worldwide right and license to solicit and sell Ads on Publisher’s designated Mobile Apps (“Company Campaigns”), as set forth in Publisher’s account on the Company System, and to have such Ads served and displayed in Publisher’s designated Mobile Apps. To the extent requested by Publisher and accepted by Company in its sole discretion, Company may serve and display via the Company System Ads in Publisher’s Mobile Apps that have been solicited and sold by Publisher (“Publisher Campaigns”).
License and Services. The Vendor shall negotiate in good faith with the Purchaser, preferential rates for licensing, leasing, or providing any software, intellectual property, and such other products and services offered or owned by the Vendor that are not included in the Purchased Assets, as the Purchaser deems necessary or desirable to operate the business operated by the Purchaser or its affiliates (including the Autocarz Business).
License and Services. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Company hereby grants Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable and revocable license to remotely access the Company’s proprietary cyber-security software, which is provided via cloud service, on a Software as a Service (SaaS) basis, including any and all improvements, corrections, updates, new releases and new versions (whether or not created as part of the Services (as defined below)) and any related documentation (“Solution”) that Customer has purchased from Company’s authorized partner (“Partner”) in order use it for its internal purposes. You may only use the Solution in accordance with its documentation, subject to the use limitations indicated in the agreement entered between you and the Partner, including any purchase order (“Partner Order”) and applicable laws. To the extent any professional services are required for and requested by the Customer, such services will be set forth in the applicable Partner Order (“Services”). The Partner Order is, for the avoidance of doubt, in addition to, and without derogating from, any other use restrictions set forth herein.

License and Services. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Provider grants to Subscriber a non-transferable, non-exclusive , term license to access and use the Provider’s applications (“Applications”), as defined in Schedule A hereto, to access and use the associated Documentation (defined in Section 2(1)), and market data made available via the Applications, as well as any additional services described on Schedule C. Subscriber shall be provided with the latest versions of the Applications. Schedules to this Agreement may be revised or supplemented from time to time by mutual agreement of Subscriber and Provider. Any updates, replacements, revisions, enhancements, additions or conversions (collectively, “Upgrades”) to the Applications supplied to Subscriber shall become subject hereto, and Subscriber agrees to promptly install, test, and then utilize all newly released Upgrades upon receipt of same from Provider. Provider shall have no obligation to support or to permit Subscriber to use earlier releases of the Applications beyond the date set forth in the new release instructions. The sole extent of Provider’s obligations is set forth herein. Any additional development, routes, consulting, architecture or other work shall be provided at an additional cost to be agreed upon by the parties.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement and provided all fees have been paid for the BV Services, BriteVerify hereby grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide right to access the BV Services, solely for Your internal business purposes. The login and password can only be used by You and cannot be shared or used by more than one individual. You may not: (i) modify, change or create any derivative works of the BV Services, including translation or localization;
License and Services. Subject to Customer’s compliance with this Agreement, Tessian: (i) will provide the Services from the Effective Date and for the Subscription Term; and (ii) grants to Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable right to: (1) install the Local Software and/or access the Gateway in accordance with the Customer Specifications and reasonable directions provided to Customer by Tessian from time to time; and (2) use the Software for its internal business purposes as permitted by this Agreement.
License and Services. 2.1 Subject to the Terms of this Agreement, Float Care hereby grants Customer a personal, non-exclusive, non- transferable, non-assignable limited license to use the Licensed Materials and the Proprietary Information for the purpose of keeping clinical data information, credentialing, scheduling, managing time and attendance, billing, and administering payroll data. Customer shall operate the software in accordance with the guidelines, standards, agreements, written directives, and other guidelines prepared for the use of the software.
