Customer-Provided Equipment. Xxxxx 0 may install certain Customer-provided communications equipment upon installation of Service, but Level 3 shall not be responsible for the operation or maintenance of any Customer-provided communication equipment. Level 3 undertakes no obligations and accepts no liability for the configuration, management, performance or any other issue relating to Customer’s routers or other Customer-provided equipment used for access to or the exchange of traffic in connection with the Service.
