Common use of Customer Reference Clause in Contracts

Customer Reference. The Service Provider, and any of its affiliated companies, is entitled to use the Customer’s name and other public details about the Customer as well as basic facts about the work performed for the Customer as a reference in connection with the marketing and sale of the Service Provider and any of the Service Provider’s affiliated companies’, products and services.
