Common use of Customer Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Customer Responsibilities. Customer shall: (a) be responsible for all of its end-users’ compliance with this Agreement, (b) be solely responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and legality of Customer Data and the means by which it acquires, uses, and shares such Customer Data,
