Customer Rights and Consents. Customer represents, warrants and covenants that it has and shall maintain throughout the term all necessary rights, consents and authorizations to provide the Customer Usage Data to Rally and to authorize Rally to use, disclose, or otherwise process that Customer Usage Data through the Spellbook AI Platform as contemplated by this Agreement.
