Customer Service Obligations. The City and Grantee acknowledge that the customer service standards and customer privacy protections are set forth in the Cable and Video Customer Protection Law, 220 ILCS 5/22-501 et seq., and Title III, Chapter 14A of the Xxxxx City Code, and enforcement provisions are included in Section 11-42-11 of the Illinois Municipal Code. Enforcement of such requirements and standards and the penalties for non- compliance with such standards shall be consistent with the Cable and Video Customer Protection Law, 220 ILCS 5/22-501 et seq., and Title III, Chapter 14A of the Xxxxx City Code.
